摘要：O artigo analisa o direito de a criança ser ouvida em processos judiciais, previsto na Convenção Internacional sobre os Direitos da Criança. Toma-se como ponto de partida debates correntes sobre os conceitos de proteção e responsabilização de crianças. Examina-se, ainda, como diferentes equipes técnicas que atuam junto ao sistema de justiça sustentam suas intervenções com vistas à escuta da criança. Por fim, destaca-se que a fala dos menores de idade vem sendo excessivamente valorizada em algumas causas judiciais e desconsiderada em outras.
其他摘要：This article analyzes the child’s rights to be heard in the judicial process, foreseen in the Convention of International Rights of the Child. As a starting point, it discusses current debates on the concepts of protection and responsibility of children. Further, it examines different technical approaches, which deal with listening to children within our Juridical System. Finally, the article demonstrates that the statements of children in these situations are over or under considered on judgments.
