摘要：Neste trabalho discutimos os processos subjetivos que se configuram a partir de aspectos da subjetividade individual e social na experiência de uma paciente com câncer, baseando-nos em uma visão de subjetividade numa perspectiva histórico-cultural. A pesquisa foi realizada através de um estudo de caso com uma pessoa com câncer. A análise foi feita em uma perspectiva qualitativa de base construtivo-interpretativa, a epistemologia qualitativa proposta por González Rey. No processo de construção de informação, diferentes hipóteses surgem e organizam-se em indicadores construídos pelos pesquisadores que são a base para as construções teóricas sobre o tema. Na análise realizada, é possível compreender os diferentes aspectos subjetivos que se configuram nos processos de saúde e doença.
其他摘要：In this paper we discuss the subjective processes that constitute the basis of aspects of individual and social subjectivity in the experience of a patient with cancer, based on the understanding of subjectivity from a historicalcultural stand point. This research was carried out through the case study of a person who had cancer. The analyses was oriented on a qualitative methodology of a constructive-interpretative nature, the qualitative epistemology proposed by González Rey. In the process of building up information different hypoteses arise and are organized on indicators constructed by the researchers that are the basis for the theoretical constructions. In this analysis, it’s possible to understand the different subjective aspects that constitute the processes of health and illness.
