摘要：Este artigo busca discutir os limites impostos pelo modelo de regulação econômica e social que deu sustentação ao welfare state. A sociedade criou um modo de regular se que acabou por definir dois âmbitos e duas esferas de atuações muito distintas: o Estado, responsável pelo bem-estar e agente preponderante da solidariedade social, responsabilizado pelas políticas de redistribuição de renda e, na outra ponta dessa análise binária, o mercado, visto como o lugar ideal-típico da produção e acumulação de riqueza destituído de qualquer possibilidade de gerar laços e vínculos sociais. Diante dessa problemática, a proposta do artigo é entender a crise dos valores que sustentaram tais compromissos sociais a partir da discussão levada a cabo pelo grupo do MAUSS (Mouvement Anti-Utilitariste dans les Sciences Sociales) que busca analisar outros componentes da vida econômica que não apenas os interesses instrumentais.
其他摘要：This article aims to discuss the limits imposed by the economic and social regulation model that had sustentation to welfare state. The society created a way for regulating that finished for defining two scopes of very distinct performances: the State sponsor for welfare and pre- ponderant agent of the social solidarity, made responsible for the equity politics and wealth redistribution and in the other side of this binary analysis, the market seen as the ideal and typical place of the production and accumulation of wealth dismissed of any possibility to generate social bonds. The proposal of this paper is to understand the values crisis that had supported social commitments discussed by the MAUSS group (Mouvement Anti-Utilitariste dans les Sciences Sociales) that analyze other components of the economic life beyond instrumental interests.
