摘要：Nos últimos anos o debate em torno da hermenêutica do Concílio Vaticano II tomou novo fôlego, girando em torno de conceitos como continuidade, descontinuidade, reforma. A discussão sobre o lugar do concílio na história da Igreja, qual o grau de descontinuidade com a tradição, levou o então papa Bento XVI a se posicionar claramente sobre a sua interpretação em momentos distintos de seu pontificado. Em obra publicada em 1982, Joseph Ratzinger dizia que a constituição pastoral Gaudium et spes, sobre a Igreja no mundo de hoje, juntamente aos textos sobre a liberdade religiosa (Dignitatis humanae) e a relação com as diferentes religiões (Nostra Aetate), era uma revisão do Syllabus de Pio IX, uma espécie de “contra-Syllabus”. Partindo dessa percepção de Ratzinger, o artigo objetiva realizar uma primeira aproximação em relação a possível descontinuidade entre a declaração Dignitatis humanae do Vaticano II e o magistério eclesiástico sobre as relações entre a Igreja e o Estado moderno.
其他摘要：In recent years the debate around the hermeneutics of the Second Vatican Council gained new impulse, around concepts such as continuity, discontinuity and reform. The discussion about the place of the Council in the history of the Church and the degree of discontinuity with the tradition, led the then Pope Benedict XVI to position himself clearly on his interpretation in different moments of his pontificate. In a work published in 1982, Joseph Ratzinger said that the pastoral Constitution Gaudium et spes, on the Church in the modern world, in addition to the texts on religious liberty (Dignitatis humanae) and on the relationship with the different religions (Nostra Aetate), was a review of the Syllabus of Pius IX, a kind of “contra-Syllabus”. Based on this perception of Ratzinger, this article aims to accomplish a first approximation regarding a possible discontinuity between the Vatican II Declaration Dignitatis humanae and the ecclesiastical Magisterium on the relations between the Church and the modern State.
