摘要：Se revisa la posible relación entre la adicción combinada de alcohol y cocaína, muy frecuente en la actualidad, y la aparición de comportamiento antisocial, agresividad y violencia. La farmacodinámica diferencial a partir del consumo de ambas sustancias tiene como resultado la formación de un metabolito, denominado cocaetileno, con propiedades diferentes a las de las otras sustancias por separado. Parece existir un consenso acerca del papel predominante del alcohol en la génesis de estas conductas, pero la influencia de la cocaína y la interdependencia de ambas sustancias permanecen desconocidas.
其他摘要：The current review examined the possible relationship between combined addiction to cocaine and alcohol, which is very common nowadays, and the emergence of antisocial and violent behaviors. The differential pharmacodynamics coming from the use of both drugs has as a result the formation of a special methabolite, cocaethylene, with differential properties of those from cocaine and alcohol separately. The existent studies are reviewed with the aim of demonstrating if the interaction alcohol-cocaine facilitates violent behaviors. It is likely that alcohol has a principal role in the origin of these behaviors, but cocaine’s influence and the interdependence of both drugs is still unknown.
