摘要：As transformações dos suportes da escrita implicaram em mudanças das práticas, hábitos e concepções de leitura. Da escrita pictográfica, passando pelos rolos de papiro, pelo livro manuscrito, depois impresso, até o suporte digital do texto diversificaram-se também os modos de ler. As práticas de leitura possuem uma história que não é determinada exclusivamente pelo medium no qual a escrita se apresenta, mas que é atravessada por uma série de questões extra materiais, como no caso da passagem da leitura oral e coletiva para a silenciosa e íntima, ou ainda do hábito da leitura intensiva ou extensiva. Muitas vezes, esses modos de ler definiram e, simultaneamente, foram definidos pela formação das bibliotecas. Tendo por base uma retrospectiva desse processo, este ensaio retoma os movimentos de escrita e de leitura até o advento das novas tecnologias de informação e comunicação, tratando de pensar como a internet e a hipermídia trouxeram outras mudanças - tanto em termos de acessibilidade quanto dos sentidos mobilizados no processo de leitura. Atestam este fato a confluência de recursos auditivos, visuais e a hipertextualidade, cujos resultados são o imbricamento de distinções como autor-leitor-editor, a evanescência da obra e a multiplicidade dos sentidos requisitados na interação com o texto.
其他摘要：The transformations in the media of print communication have resulted in changes in the practices, habits and conceptions of reading. From pictographic writing, passing to papyrus rolls, then to handwritten books, later printed ones, until arriving to the dignital text, the forms of reading were also becoming diversified. Practices of reading, in turn, have their own history that is not determined uniquely by the medium in which the writing is presented. Rather, a number of extra-material issues are at play, as in the case of the transition from oral and collective to silent and intimate reading, as well as those relating to intensive and extensive reading. Often these forms of reading become established and were defined by the formation of libraries. On the basis of a restrospective analysis of this process, the text discusses the trajectory of these movements of writing and reading until the advent of new information and communication technologies, aming to think how the Internet and the hypertext lead to other changes - both in terms of accessibility and of the senses employed in the reading process - whose main factors were the utilization of aditory and visual resources and of hypertextuality. The results follow from the blurring of distinctions between author-reader-editor, the evanescence of the work done, and the multiplicity of the resources required for its perception.
