摘要:Latin-American societies have been cliaractedzed historically by the fruitless pursuit of a modernity to which they aspire but also to which it seemed that they have not been invited. Inside the multiple facets that define the feverish career for reaching to the future, there exists one that appears fundamental: the access to high-tech communications systems, whose example par excellence is the Internet. Nevertheless, it is necessary to wonder how we must adapt / to integrate (if it is possible) such tools to our educational processes defined for things so specific as a high index of direct ilhteracy.
