摘要:This article is devoted to proposing a concept of culture that could be useful for research on business organizations, as well as those of workers and other organizational actors. It explores the development of the cultural theory of organizations^Mexican studies of work culture and the socio-anthropological theories that conceive culture as meaning, and brings them together to propose a heuristic concept of culture.
