摘要:Television does not make its audiences in a natural way. There are social mediations in the formation of TV audiences. The most importztnt mediations for children are those of the family £ind the school. For children, it is family and school. For the family, the figure of the mother is the principal £ixis, and communication between mother and son is the fundamentad mediating function. For school, it is the teacher and the homework that are the most relevant; the child receives the direction of the teacher in the classroom, and devotes time to the school work at home. Education for perception is more and more necessary every day; the sheer amount of time children spend watching television is justification enough.
