摘要：El trabajo efectúa un análisis comparado del discurso, que examina las transformaciones y continuidades en la visión de los principales actores políticos nacionales (empresariales, sindicales, político par tidarios, mediáticos, eclesiásticos, economistas y miembros del establishment internacional), en relación a las reformas y ajustes pro-mercado, durante el período comprendido entre 1988 y 1993. En ese marco, tomando a los medios masivos como lugar de escenif icación de la hegemonía, se examinan las construcciones y disputas discursivas en la etapa inmediatamente anterior a la forma - ción de la hegemonía menemista y durante el período de se - dimentación y consolidación de la misma.
其他摘要：The paper makes a comparative analysis of the speech, whi- ch examines the changes and continuities in the perspective of the key political national agents (businessman, unionists, political leader, from the media, ecclesiastics, economists and from the international establishment), link to the pro- market reforms and adjustments during the period between 1988 and 1993. In this framework, taking the mass media as a place of public staging of hegemony, it investigates the dis- cursive constructions in the stage that immediately precedes the emergence of Menem ́s hegemony and during their sedi- mentation and consolidation phase.
