标题：LA INSPECCIÓN EDUCATIVA Y SU PAPEL EN LA CONCRECIÓN DEL CURRÍCULO GEOGRÁFICO: LOS CUESTIONARIOS PROVINCIALES PARA LA ENSEÑANZA PRIMARIA DURANTE EL PRIMER FRANQUISMO
摘要：Tras un primer apartado en el que se pone de relieve la existencia de ciertas conexiones entre las orientaciones metodológicas de los programas de 1938 -no publicados finalmente- y algunos principios básicos del movimiento renovador europeo y norteamericano en el ámbito de la escuela, en este artículo nos ocupamos con detalle del contenido de ocho documentos aparecidos antes (tres) y después (cinco) de la promulgación de la Ley de Educación Primaria de 17 de julio de 1945. Frente a lo que suele señalarse habitualmente, y sin dejar de lado la existencia de particularidades, una lectura histórico curricular de estos Cuestionarios provinciales pone claramente de relieve la existencia de afinidades relevantes entre sus propuestas selectoras y organizadoras de los contenidos y las que, incluidas las metodológicas, se hicieron dentro de alternativas formuladas antes de la contienda bélica por representantes de corrientes renovadoras dentro de lo que, ampliamente, se conoce como escuela nueva, activa o progresiva.
其他摘要：After a first section in which it highlights the existence of certain similarities between the methodological orientation of the 1938 programmes -eventually unpublished- and some basic principles of the European and American reforming movement in schools, this article examines in detail the content of eight documents published before (three) and after (five) the promulgation of the Ley de Educación Primaria (Law of Primary Education) of 17 July 1945. Notwithstanding what is usually argued, and without ignoring the existence of certain features peculiar to them, a historical-curricular reading of these provincial Cuestionarios makes abundantly clear the existence of affinities between the selection and organisation of their contents and those methods which took shape within the context of the alternative ideas formulated before the Spanish Civil War (1936-39) by representatives of the innovative movements more generally known as New, Active or Progressive Education.
