摘要：Este artigo discute o s conceito s de terrorismo e terrorista, relativizando a estratégia intelectual dos usos do termo no mundo ocidental. A teorização de “terrorista” é construída, em primeiro lugar, embora não exclusivamente, para aquele que sustenta guerras de agressão, usando armas de destruição de m assa e massacres de forma inevitável, ate rrorizando a população civil e devastando países inteiros.

The theorization of “terrorist ” is first constructed, although no t exclusively, by th o s e who support aggression wars using mass destruction arms and massacres as an inev itable way, terrorizing civil populations and devastating whole countries .
