摘要：O artigo busca apreender os aspectos da política social e sindical do Estado, redefinidos pelo trabalhismo, durante o segundo governo de Getúlio Vargas (1951-1954). Trazendo para a reflexão fontes ainda pouco investigadas pela historiografia sobre o período, a análise objetiva caracterizar o papel doutrinário e "pedagógico" da política estatal, com Vargas na direção do Estado nos anos 1950.
其他摘要：This article seeks to investigate the features of state social and union policy, to have been redefined by labourism during President Getúlio Vargas' (1951-1954) second term. By collecting sources little investigated by historiography on the period, the analysis aims to characterise the role played by doctrine and pedagogy in state policy, with Vargas as president in the 1950s.
