摘要：Desde las impresiones que despierta una casa de recreo diseñada por Guillermo Fischer en Villa de Leyva se pretende una aproximación al sig- nificado y a la historia de la villa, entendida como tipología edilicia que responde a un determinado modo de habitar en el campo. En este escrito, se esbozan hipótesis con respecto a la relación estética y moral de la casa con preexistencias edilicias y con tradiciones sociales arraigadas y se des- criben los acercamientos y distanciamientos de la villa en relación con su contexto espacial y temporal. En la villa de Villa de Leyva atendemos a un despertar de la tipología, gracias a la atenta lectura de la historia y a la sensibilidad proyectual de su arquitecto Guillermo Fischer.
其他摘要：The impressions that arise from the idea of a holiday home in Villa de Leyva, designed by Guillermo Fischer, evoke an approximation of the meaning and story of the villa, understood to be the building typology that was the answer to the trend of country houses. This paper details a hypothesis that addresses: the moral and aesthetic relationship of the house (using pre- existing buildings as examples), and deeply ingrained social traditions. It also describes the ‘growing together’ and ‘drifting apart’ of the villa in relationship to its position within a spatiotemporal context. The revival of the typology in the villa in Villa de Leyva is documented, and is thanks to the attention to detail of the history and the careful project undertaken by the architect Guillermo Fischer.
