摘要：Este artículo documenta el proceso de trabajo realizado desde el Departamento de Arquitectura para la definicián dei diseno urbano de Progresa Fenicia, que hizo parte del Plan Parcial dei Triângulo de Fenicia. Se describen aquí las etapas de desarrollo que iniciaron con espacios de consulta abierta a la comunidad y finalizaron con el diseno urbano dei plan. Esta experiencia evidenciá que la comunidad y la universidad comparten las aspiraciones sobre la transformacián del territorio; así mismo, representá un avance en la implementacián de intervenciones urbanas socialmente incluyentes, y en la evolucián física de una universidad más integrada con la ciudad.
其他摘要：This article documents the work undertaken by the Department of Architeeture in its development of the Fenicia Progress Programme urban design, which makes up part of the Fenicia Triangular Zoning Plan. The paper describes the stages of development, which started with open consultation with the community and ended with the urban design ofthe plan. This experience demonstrates that the community and the university share common desires about t he transformation of land, and as such, represents a development of the implementation of socially inclusive urban interventions, and the physical evolution of the university that is more integrated with the city.
