摘要：Los problemas energéticos y de impacto medioambiental son recurrentes en el sector de la edificación, por lo que requieren adaptaciones sostenibles y duraderas en el tiempo. En este trabajo nos enfocamos en campus universitarios que buscan alcanzar estándares de sostenibilidad satisfaciendo al mismo tiempo los requerimientos de confort de sus distintas generaciones. Por medio de una encuesta de apreciación, llevada a cabo en dos universidades francesas y una chilena, complementada con una comprobación en terreno, a través de medidas en tres tipos de edificios universitarios, se identificaron indicadores a los cuales se les debe daratención durante un proyecto de rehabilitación.
其他摘要：Concerns regarding the use of energy and the environmental impact are commonplace in the construction sector as buildings require adaptations that are both sustainable long-lasting. This article focuses on the university campus that seeks to achieve high levels of sustainability, whilst at the same time also satisfying different generations ́ comfort requirements. As part of the research for this paper the authors undertook surveys in two universities in France and one in Chile, and this information was then complimented by tests in-the-field. Indicators were identified that should be closely considered when undertaking campus refurbishment.
