摘要：El presente artículo analiza la representación mediática de la violencia de género en la prensa local de España, donde un millar de mujeres han sido asesinadas en los últimos 15 años. El trabajo de campo permite concluir que, aunque la prensa ha sido clave para la sensibilización de la opinión pública y para situar el debate político, necesita mejorar un tratamiento informativo todavía deficiente.
其他摘要：This paper analyzes the representation of gender violence in the local press in Spain, where one thousand women have been killed in the last fifteen years. The fieldwork allows us to conclude that, even though the printed press has played a key role in raising awareness of the general public and in situating the political debate, a serious improvement is necessary in a coverage that is still unsatisfactory.
