摘要："Piratería y sistema defensivo espaol": ejes temáticos que posibilitan una lectura entre opuestos -dialéctica- en el funcionamiento del sistema colonial hispano. El objetivo de este texto es analizar el diseño, la organización y el funcionamiento del aparato administrativo colonial y religioso inquisitorial: control, explotación y represión en América y Asia a partir del siglo XVI, que desde una etapa mercantil impondrán el capitalismo como sistema hegemónico mundial, así como la supervisión de conductas de individuos y grupos sociales.

This paper tries to analyze the design, organization and operation of the colonial administrative apparatus and inquisitorial religious: control, exploitation and repression in America and Asia starting from the XVI century that from a mercantile stage, they will impose the capitalism like system world predominant, as well as the supervision of individuals´ behaviors and social groups.
