摘要：Cuepopan-Tlaquechiuhca fue uno de los barrios de México-Tenochtitlan y el escenario medular en las guerras entre tenochcas y tepanecas, y entre Tenochtitlan y Tlatelolco. A la vez, en una de sus parcialidades: Copolco, se propiciaron ritos fundacionales que le imprimieron un sesgo de espacio sagrado. En este artículo nos interesa dar cuenta, a partir de confrontar fuentes diversasy trabajos realizados por historiadores y arqueólogos, cómo el papel ritual de este barrio fue resemantizado, tras la conquista española, a partir de un nuevo capital simbólico -la presencia franciscana- que, configuró un dispositivo significativo en la desterritorialización del imaginario mexica.
其他摘要：Cuepopan-Tlaquechiuhca was one of the neigborhoods of Mexico-Tenochtitlan and the medullary setting in the wars between tenochca and tepanecs, between Tenochtitlan and Tlatelolco. At the time, in one of its partialities, Copolco, rituals were ministered, giving it an inclination of "sacred space". With this article we are interested in giving account, byconfronting various sources and investigations made by historians and archaeologists, of howthe ritualistic role of this neigborhood was resemanticized after the spanish conquest, from a new symbolic capital -the franciscan presence- playing a significant part in the deterritorialization of the mexica imaginary.
