摘要：El patrimonio cultural está constituido por un conjunto de expresiones culturales, artísticas, científicas y tecnológicas, entre otras, desarrolladas histórica y contemporáneamente para contribuir al desarrollo de las sociedades. Como parte del patrimonio cultural figuran las manifestaciones impresas y documentales, las cuales son testimonio del pensamiento de las sociedades, relevantes tanto por su capacidad para transmitir conocimientos como por contar con particularidades valiosas. El objetivo del presente documento es revisar, analizar y comparar conceptos, legislaciones y el tratamiento que se da al patrimonio cultural y al patrimonio bibliográfico y documental tanto en nuestro país como en otras partes del mundo, todo ello con el fin de colocar en forma transversal aquellos planteamientos para poder fundamentar con perspectivas informativas y sociales una educación sobre patrimonio bibliográfico y documental. Este documento se estructura en dos grandes apartados: primero, conceptos sobre patrimonio cultural, protección institucional del patrimonio cultural, y legislaciones sobre patrimonio cultural; segundo, conceptos sobre patrimonio bibliográfico y documental, protección mundial del patrimonio documental, aspectos legales sobre patrimonio documental, y educación sobre patrimonio documental. Por último se anotan las consideraciones finales.
其他摘要：Cultural heritage constitutes a set of cultural expressions, artistic, scientific, technological, and other, developed historically and contemporaneously to contribute to the development of societies. As part of the cultural heritage include manifestations printed and documentaries, which are testament to the thought of societies, in their capacity as relevant media to transmit knowledge and to have valuable particularities. The aim of this paper is to review, analyze and compare concepts, legislations and treatment of cultural heritage worldwide both as bibliographic and documentary heritage for those mainstream approaches to substantiate reason for information and social perspectives on education bibliographic and documentary heritage. This document is divided into two main sections: first, cultural concepts, institutional protection of cultural heritage and cultural heritage legislations, and second, concepts of bibliographic and documentary heritage, world documentary heritage protection, legal aspects of documentary heritage, and documentary heritage education. Finally, concluding remarks are noted.
