摘要：Este texto apresenta parte dos resultados obtidos em uma pesquisa realizada no contexto da Justiça, mais especificamente no âmbito de um estudo psicossocial de uma família com crianças que sofreram violência sexual. O objetivo foi apreender quais os possíveis significados atribuídos à Justiça, às experiências vividas pela família e, finalmente, qual o papel desempenhado pela Justiça na história de vida dessa família. Para tanto, buscou-se focalizar a narrativa da família, constituída a partir da fala e dos comportamentos dos sujeitos. A discussão teve como base os resultados obtidos por meio da aplicação da técnica projetiva de colagem. A análise das informações foi realizada segundo a proposta da hermenêutica de profundidade; os resultados apontam para o valor simbólico e objetivo do papel desempenhado pela Justiça na história da família participante da pesquisa.
其他摘要：This text brings part of the results of a research carried out in the Justice context, more specifically in the context of a psychosocial study of a case involving a family with children who have been sexually abused by the father. The research aimed at apprehending what are the possible meanings families give to their life experiences, to Justice, as well as apprehending what is the role performed by Justice in these families histories. To reach this objective, focus was given on the family narrative, composed by the participants speech and behavior. The discussion presented in this article was based in the results obtained through the projective technique of collage. The analysis of the information was realized through the depth hermeneutics proposal and the results showed the symbolic and objective role performed by Justice in the history of the participating family.
