摘要：La refundación de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, prevista en la novísima Constitución aprobada en dos singulares referendos populares, aspira a construir una sociedad verdaderamente inclusiva y de equidad, para lo cual requiere corregir estructuralmente y en paralelo los diferentes desequilibrios que genera la exclusión social. La escuela por sí sola no podrá mover el enorme piso de la injusticia que la sostiene, por lo que, se trata de rescatarla como el espacio público más importante, sin obviar otros agentes, que habrá de contribuir a la formación de un venezolano más comprometido con su futuro patrio. En la perspectiva de una democracia de todos y para todos, la educación requerida se asume como un derecho humano y un deber social de toda persona, sin discriminación de ningún tipo, haciendo particular énfasis en los sectores históricamente más vulnerables. En un mundo globalizado por el neoliberalismo en el que el mercado impone con brutal violencia su verdad única, la propuesta bolivariana venezolana emerge como una esperanza nacional de redención de un país que fue quebrado en sus raíces valorativas, culturales, sociales, políticas, es decir, en su esencialidad democrática. Allí está la dialéctica ficción-realidad.
其他摘要：The re-foundation of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, stated in the newest constitution that was approved in two unprecedented popular referendums, aspires to build a truly inclusive and equal society, which means correcting the structures and at the same time the different inequalities that generate social exclusion. School on its own will not be able to move the huge injustice that supports it, which is why it must be rescued as the most important public space, without forgetting other agents, that will contribute to creating a Venezuelan citizen committed with the country¿s future. In the perspective of a democracy that belongs to all and is for all, required education is assumed as a human right and the social duty of all people, without discrimination, especially emphasizing in the historically vulnerable groups. In a world globalized by neoliberalism and in which the market violently imposes its only truth, the Venezuelan Bolivarian proposal comes as a national hope for redemption for a country that was broken at its value, cultural, social, political roots, in other words, its democratic essence.
