摘要：Este artículo es el resultado parcial de una investigación más amplia sobre la reforma universitaria como instrumento para lograr la transformación de las universidades. En éste se analiza la reforma universitaria como base para diseñar la estrategia de gestión de la transformación institucional y, en función de este objetivo, el artículo se estructura en cinco partes, a saber: la reforma como vía para alcanzar la transformación universitaria, los supuestos teóricos que sustentan la reforma universitaria, los ejes de incidencia de la reforma, las fases del proceso reformista y las premisas que se deben cumplir para diseñar el modelo de gestión de la reforma universitaria; para, finalmente, presentar algunas consideraciones a manera de conclusiones.
其他摘要：This article is the partial result of an investigation wider envelope the university reformation as instrument to achieve the transformation of the universities. In this the university reformation is analyzed as base to design the strategy of administration of the institutional transformation and, in function of this objective, the article is structured in five parts, that is: the reformation like road to reach the university transformation, the theoretical suppositions that sustain the university reformation, the axes of incidence of the reformation, the phases of the reformist process and the premises that should be completed to design the pattern of administration of the university reformation; for, finally, to present some considerations by way of conclusions.
