摘要：El presente artículo persigue, por un lado, cuestionar las prácticas sexistas y androcentristas que se producen y se reproducen a través del discurso en contextos académicos e institucionales, y por otro, proponer estrategias para la eliminación de la discriminación de género a través del lenguaje. A partir de las investigaciones sobre género, androcentrismo y sexismo en el lenguaje, realizada en los últimos 30 años, se evidencia cómo el sexismo legitima el sistema de patriarcado, en el que se elimina, disminuye y oscurece la presencia de la mujer. Proponemos, en consecuencia, desarrollar iniciativas tanto colectivas como individuales, principalmente desde el sistema educativo, para eliminar la discriminación de género explícita e implícita.
其他摘要：This article aims, on one hand, to question sexist and andocentric practices produced and reproduced through discourse in academical and institutional contexts, and on the other hand, to put forward strategies to eliminate gender discrimination through language. From the research on gender, androcentrism and sexism performed in the last 30 years, it was evidenced how sexism makes patriarchal systems legit, where womens presence is diminished, darkened and eliminated. In consequence, we propose developing both collective and individual initiatives mainly from within the educational system in order to eliminate explicit and implicit gender discrimination.
