摘要：El presente artículo estudia la dinámica migratoria colombo-venezolana: sus inicios, evolución, y perspectiva actual. Especial atención se presta a las características de las migraciones laborales y a la revitalización de esta migración, desde la problemática del desplazamiento y el refugio. Este trabajo contempla además, una síntesis del marco normativo que ha regulado las corrientes migratorias entre ambos países. Finalmente, se concluye que la agudización y degradación del conflicto que experimenta Colombia es un factor determinante de las migraciones forzosas hacia Venezuela. Este tipo de migraciones requiere un tratamiento ajustado a la tradición histórica y a los compromisos suscritos por estos dos países, en materia de Derechos Humanos y Derecho Internacional Humanitario.
其他摘要：The present article studies the Colombian-Venezuelan dynamics migratory: from the beginning, its evolution, and current perspective. Special attention is paid to the characteristics of labour migrations and the revitalization of this migration, considering problem of displacement and refuge. This paper also contemplates a synthesis of the normative framework that has regulated the migratory movements across border between both countries. Finally, it concludes that the increase and deterioration of the conflict that Colombia is experiencing is a decisive factor of the compulsory migrations toward Venezuela. This type of migration requires a special treatment adjusted to the historical tradition and the commitments subscribed by these two countries, as regards Human Rights and Humanitarian International Right
