摘要：El presente artículo trata sobre la influencia que están teniendo los Centros TIC en la formación y desarrollo del manejo de los recursos digitales. Tomando en consideración a determinados centros participantes en la evaluación de los proyectos de Centros TIC de Andalucía, los autores identifican una serie de factores que es común a gran parte de ellos. Y ofrecen una visión concisa de las etapas que suelen seguir.
其他摘要：This paper treats on the influence that is having the Center TIC on the use and the formation of the teaching staff in and with the TIC. Participants in the evaluation of the projects of Centers TIC of Andalusia, the authors identify a series of factors that are common to great part of them. And they offer us a concise vision to us in depth of the stages that usually follow.
