标题：APLICACIÓN DE HERRAMIENTAS DE COMUNICACIÓN DE LA PLATAFORMA WEBCT EN LA TUTORIZACIÓN DE ESTUDIANTES UNIVERSITARIOS DENTRO DEL ESPACIO EUROPEO DE EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR
摘要：A partir del curso 2006-2007 se plantea en la Universidad de Sevilla como línea de actuación la conversión y uso de materias a través de la plataforma WebCT. Blackboard Learning System-WebCT es una plataforma informática de teleformación (e-learning) que permite construir y administrar cursos en línea, e impartir formación. A través del presente trabajo se pretende analizar la interacción comunicativa establecida entre docentes y discentes en el uso de la plataforma virtual WebCT durante los procesos de tutorización. Además se plantea una experiencia práctica sobre el uso de herramientas de comunicación en la plataforma WebCT en procesos de tutorización.
其他摘要：From the 2006-2007 academic year at the University of Seville take a further step forward in the assumption of the European Higher Education Area. Blackboard Learning System-WebCT is a platform for distance learning (e-learning) allows to build and manage online courses, and training via the Internet, conducting the tutoring and monitoring of the student body. It has a set of tools that enable this capability. This paper aims to analyse the communicative interaction between teachers and learners in the use of virtual platform WebCT during tutoring process. In the present work is a practical experience on the use of communication tools in WebCT platform processes in tutoring.
