摘要：La presente investigación tuvo como propósito formular un plan de formación tecnológica dirigido al profesorado de Educación Media General del C.E.P. Instituto Escuela ubicado en la ciudad de Caracas, Venezuela. El marco teórico estuvo centrado en los enfoques Constructivista y Conectivista, en el marco del aprendizaje colaborativo y de la visión andragógica. La metodología utilizada se encauzó hacia un diseño de campo no experimental, definido como un estudio factible en su nivel descriptivo. Se aplicaron tres (3) instrumentos para la recolección de datos, aplicados tanto a docentes como a coordinadores y directivos de la institución, en función de los objetivos planteados a saber: Entrevista, Prueba tipo ensayo y Cuestionario. Los resultados obtenidos, destacaron la importancia de la implementación de las TIC en las aulas, así como la necesidad de un plan articulado de formación en tecnología, para que los docentes puedan tener herramientas y estrategias suficientes para aplicarlas, más allá de conocer y manejar la parte instrumental de las mismas.
其他摘要：The investigation had the purpose to formulate a plan of training in technologies of information and communication for the high school teachers of the Instituto Escuela, Caracas, Venezuela. The theoretical framework was center in the Constructivism and Conectivism vision, on a framework of collaborative learning and an andragogical point of view. This feasible study is supported by none experimental field research of a descriptive nature. The information was gathered by means of interviews, essay test and questionnaire validated by means of the experts opinion technique. The results obtained brought forward the importance of the TIC use in the classroom, likewise the need of an articulated plan of the involvement of teachers in their technological training, so they can count with the tools and strategies in order to put them in action, further than just their instrumental use.
