摘要：El trabajo que presentamos lo estructuramos en dos partes diferenciadas; por un lado planteamos nuestro marco teórico en torno a la formación inicial de maestros, la innovación educativa, las claves de la escuela desde la Organización escolar y la inserción curricular de los medios; por otro presentamos una experiencia de innovación realizada en nuestra Universidad en las titulaciones de maestros dentro de las prácticas de las asignaturas Organización Escolar y Nuevas Tecnologías aplicadas a la Educación, a través de la prensa, con la elaboración del número uno del periódico Nos importan . Por último incluimos un avance de las conclusiones del trabajo tanto desde la innovación desarrollada como desde la perspectiva de los alumnos.
其他摘要：The work that we present consists of two differentiated parts: on the one hand, we present our theoretical framework concerning teachers initial training, educational innovation, the keys for the school from the perspective of school Organization and the curricular insertion of the media; on the other hand, we present an experience of innovation developed in our University in the degree of maestro included in the practice of the subjects School Organization and New Technologies applied to Education, by means of the press, with the production of the number one of the newspaper « Nos Importan». Finally, we include an advance of the conclusions of the work, so much from the perspective of the innovation developed, as from that of the pupils.
