摘要：En la búsqueda de nuevos nichos de mercados los productores permanentemente están interesados en analizar las preferencias por bienes y servicios de parte de los consumidores, en especial en lo que se refi ere a la disposición a pagar por productos ecológicos. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar las preferencias y disposición a pagar marginal por el consumo de vinos ecológicos en la Región del Maule, Chile. Para la anterior, la metodología utilizada en este estudio es el análisis conjunto. Para ello se aplicó un cuestionario a una muestra de 384 individuos consumidores de vinos provenientes de las principales ciudades de la Región del Maule. En base a la literatura y a entrevistas personales previas a la encuesta fi nal, se defi nieron tres atributos principales del vino: región de origen, tipo de cepa y sistema de producción. Mediante un diseño ortogonal se defi nieron nueve productos hipotéticos. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que la producción orgánica y biodinámica son los atributo menos deseados como sistema de producción con una disposición a pagar marginal cercana a cero. El vino más preferido es el Cabernet Sauvignon proveniente de la región de Colchagua, siendo la cepa Carménère proveniente de la región del Maule la menos preferida. Lo anterior muestra que el potencial de los vinos ecológicos es limitado en la región.
其他摘要：In the search of new niches of markets the producers permanently are interested in analyzing the preferences to goods and services on behalf of the consumers, especially the willingness to pay for ecological products. The objectives of this work are to analyze the preferences and marginally for the consumption of ecological wines in the Region of the Maule, Chile. The methodology used in this study is the conjoint analysis. For it a questionnaire was applied to a sample of 384 individuals wine consumers from the principal cities of the Region of the Maule. The fi nal survey three principal attributes of the wine were defi ned: region of origin, type of vine and system of production. By means of an orthogonal design nine hypothetical products were defi ned. The results show that the organic and biodynamic production systems are the attribute less wished with a marginal willingness to pay close to zero. The most favorite wine is Cabernet Sauvignon originated from the region of Colchagua, being the vine Carménère originated from the region of the Maule the least favorite. The previous thing shows that the potential of the ecological wines is limited in this region.
