摘要：El trabajo pretende recuperar el sentido político del concepto de desarrollo que estructura la agenda política sobre migraciones internacionales, analizando el modo en que la vinculación migración-desarrollo es reducida a un economicismo que atraviesa la construcción de la agenda y las políticas públicas, invisibilizando el conflicto inherente a las relaciones centro-periferia. Se busca problematizar el discurso de la agenda en torno al nexo desarrollo-género, identificando el conjunto de imágenes, valores e ideas que constituyen a la «mujer migrante», dentro del contexto histórico de conformación de la agenda. Se opta por una metodología cualitativa apoyada en el análisis de documentos elaborados por actores políticos globales y regionales, y de intervenciones públicas de funcionarios en eventos vinculados a migraciones internacionales.
其他摘要：The paper aims to recover the political sense of the concept of development configuring the political agenda on international migration. It analyzes how the articulation between migration and development is reduced to an economic perspective affecting the constitution of the agenda and the adoption of public policies: a situation that hides the inherent conflict centre-periphery. The agenda discourse on the relationship between development and gender is addressed, trying to identify the images, values and ideas that constitute the «female migrant». The historical context surrounding the agenda is taken into account in this respect. The paper relies on a qualitative methodology supported by documents and public interventions of officials and members of some international organizations in events linked to international migration.
