摘要：En este artículo se pretende realizar una reflexión sobre la desigualdad existente en el proceso de desarrollo económico en la región del Valle del Río Pardo, Río Grande do Sul, Brasil, que actualmente intenta reducir este proceso a través de proyectos que permitan trabajar con los diferenciales regionales de competitividad.
