摘要：El fuerte flujo emigratorio marroquí hacia España se explica por las posibilidades laborales en el foco receptor y por la pobreza del emisor. Y mientras esa secuencia perviva la corriente se mantendrá. La alternativa debe compaginar el control de la recepción con la ayuda al emisor. La colaboración al desarrollo en la región mediterránea marroquí es clave, y unos primeros pasos están en el proyecto PAIDAR.

The alternative must combine the control of reception place with the help of the trasnsmitter place.
