摘要：Neste artigo analisa-se as relações entre o quadro clínico da loucura histérica, surgido no século XIX, em contraste e comparação com a concepção psicanalítica da psicose. O objetivo é mostrar que se trata de uma variante pouco tematizada da estrutura histérica, tal qual foi investigada por Lacan. Para mostrar a utilidade clínica e diagnóstica representada por esse quadro, recupera-se a especificidade da noção de loucura em Lacan. Os resultados sugerem que a indistinção entre a apresentação clínica da loucura histérica e a psicose pode induzir a uma trajetória de internamento e a cronificação psiquiátrica indesejável e desnecessária.
其他摘要：This article compares and analyses relations between the clinical presentation of the hysterical madness, appearded in the XIX century, and the psychoanalitical conception about psychoses as studied by psychoanalisis. We try to demonstrate that hysterical madness is a sort of variant of the structural hysteria as it was described by Lacan. To undercover the clinical and diagnostical utility of this structure we take back the notion os madness in Lacan. Rsults sugest the non diferentiation betwen hysterical madness ans psychosis is major factor of risk to cronification and medicalization unwishfull and unnecessary.
