摘要：Com este artigo tem-se o objetivo de tratar a problemática da elaboração de um diagnóstico correto na prática clínica, especificamente referente à psicose, como também explanar os conceitos e os sintomas dessa estrutura psíquica. Pretende-se também trazer uma reflexão sobre a atitude do profissional diante da inserção do psicótico num ambiente institucional.
其他摘要：The purpose of this paper is to present the problematic of elaborating a correct diagnostic in the clinical practice, specifically concerning about psychosis. It also tries to explain concepts and symptoms of this psychic structure and think about the relation to professional with the psychotic insertion in mental health institution.
