摘要：O artigo apresenta uma breve digressão histórica do conceito de paranóia elaborado por Kraeplin. Elenca os traços clínicos da patologia, que foram considerados clássicos e examinados por Freud em seu estudo sobre o presidente Schereber. Posteriormente, apresenta um caso clínico com o objetivo de mostrar como a referência psicanalítica sobre a paranóia permanece atual, mas apresenta limitações no que tange à distinção da esquizofrenia. Sugere que o tratamento da psicose deve ser orientado pela gradativa inclusão e sustentação do delírio pela posição transferencial e pela vertente do saber que se abre com a escuta. Ressalta que a escuta de psicóticos é um importante recurso na estabilização desses quadros.
其他摘要：The article presents a short historic digression about the concept of paranoia elaborated by Kraeplin. It lists the clinical traces of the pathology, that were considered classic and examinated by Freud in his study about the president Schereber. Then, it presents a clinical case with the objective of showing how the psychoanalytical reference about paranoia continues present, but it has limitations when it comes to the distinction of schizophrenia. It sugests that the psychosis treatment must be oriented by the gradual inclusion and the delirium sustentation by the transferencial position and by the knowledge, that opens with the listening. It emphasizes that the psychotic listening is an important recourse in stabilization of these cases.
