摘要：En el ordenamiento constitucional español, las normas constitucionales que reconocen derechos fundamentales deben interpretarse a la luz de la norma internacional ratificada por España. Esto supone que el intérprete no podrá definir el contenido constitucionalmente protegido de los derechos fundamentales, al margen de lo que entre otros la Convención Europea de Derechos Humanos haya dispuesto sobre los referidos derechos. Así, en la determinación se tomará en cuenta los criterios hermenéuticos definidos por el Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos como intérprete vinculante de dicha Convención internacional. Así, a la innegable constitucionalización del ordenamiento jurídico español, se ha de agregar su internacionalización, en la medida en que cada vez más y con mayor fuerza, criterios de justicia internacional son introducidos en la justicia constitucional nacional
其他摘要：Norms recognizing fundamental rights in the Spanish legal system must be interpreted according with the international regulations signed by Spain. That means that, the Spanish interpreter could not define the constitutionally protected contain of this fundamental rights without taking in consideration "among others" the dispositions of the European Convention of Human Rights. Consequence of this premise it that, to make the aforementioned interpretation it would be necessary to take in consideration the hermeneutical criteria established by the European Court of Human Rights as binging interpreter of the European Convention of Human Rights. In this way, we have to add the constitutional enforcement of the Spanish legal system a new factor: its internationalization, each time, more and stronger international justice criteria are getting into the national constitutional justice.
