摘要：Ayacahuite es una de las especies del género Pinus más importantes en México, por su valor tanto ecológico como económico. El principal objetivo de este estudio es conocer la variación de conos y semillas de la especie Pinus ayacahuite var. veitchii Shaw en dos sitios del estado de Tlaxcala, considerando la evaluación de las medidas obtenidas de longitud y diámetro para cono, así como el largo, ancho y peso de las semillas. Los resultados del análisis de varianza mostraron diferencias entre y dentro de los sitios, en donde la variable longitud de cono en Tlaxco presentó el mayor promedio y E. Zapata presentó los conos más pequeños (24.99 y 20.71 cm respectivamente). Para la variable diámetro se observaron medias de 5.64 cm para Tlaxco y 4.54 cm para E. Zapata. En cuanto a las semillas las variables longitud, ancho y peso, mostraron los valores más altos para Tlaxco en comparación con E. Zapata. El análisis de varianza reveló que existen diferencias estadísticamente significativas entre los sitios.
其他摘要：The Ayacahuite group has an economic and ecological importance in Tlaxcala state because it has a smooth wood and the trees also grow up in a natural way in this region. The main objective of this study is to know the actual variability in cones and seeds of Pinus ayacahuite var. veitchii Shaw in two places of Tlaxcala, taking the assessments obtained from length and diameter measures of pine cones, as well as length, wide and weight measures of seed. The results showed differences in the measures among and within the sites studied; Tlaxco showed the highest values of the mean and E. Zapata showed the smallest cones (24.99 and 20.71 cm respectively). For diameter were gotten means of 5.64 cm for Tlaxco and 4.54 cm for E. Zapata. Talking about the seeds the length, wide and weight measures in Tlaxco demonstrated the highest values compared with E. Zapata. The variance analysis showed significant differences between sites.
