摘要：En el presente estudio se evaluó la longitud y diámetro de conos de Pseudotsuga macrolepis Flous procedentes de Tlaxcala, México (Terrenate, Tlaxco y Altzayanca) con el fin de determinar la variación dentro y entre sitios para dichas características. El análisis exploratorio mostró diferencias entre y dentro de sitios para ambas características, encontrándose diferencias estadísticamente significativas entre sitios a través del análisis de varianza y la prueba de Tukey. Los mayores promedio se presentaron en Terrenate (6 cm de longitud y 3.12 cm de diámetro) y los menores en Altzayanca (4.65 y 3.12 cm respectivamente).

The results showed differences into and between sites for both characteristics, and the variance analysis and the Tukey test showed significant differences between sites. The greatest means were in Terrenate (6 cm of longitude and 3.12 cm of diameter) and the lowest in Altzayanca (4.65 and 3.12 cm respectively).
