摘要：Se realizó la propagación de Stanhopea tigrina Bateman (ORCHIDACEAE) a través de cultivo in vitro de semillas. Se establecieron 4 tratamientos con el medio Murashige & Skoog (1962) adicionado con compuestos orgánicos. El análisis de varianza mostró diferencias significativas para las variables longitud total de plántulas y número de raíces. El tratamiento MS + 100 g/l de pulpa de plátano + 120 ml/l de agua de coco mostró los mejores resultados para longitud de plántulas, número de raíces, formación de pseudobulbos y sobrevivencia al transplante
