摘要:Objetivos: Facilitar la reflexion critica respecto de los fundamentos epistemologicos que sustentan la practica de la medicina familiar. Promover el uso de recursos cinematograficos y literarios como instrumento de mediacion pedagogica. Diseno: Estudio descriptivo, transversal, cualicuantitativo. Material y Metodos: Universo conformado por la totalidad de estudiantes (198) de dos cursos de postgrado del Departamento de Medicina Familiar de la Universidad Nacional de Cordoba. Argentina. Se realizaron encuestas, grupos focales, observacion participante. Resultados: Los resultados globales muestran que en el 99% de los casos los recursos utilizados facilitaron la reflexion respecto a las caracteristicas de la practica. Se observo una completa vinculacion (90%) entre los contenidos de los recursos utilizados y los propios del seminario. La discriminacion segun recurso utilizado (cine o literatura) no mostro diferencias significativas. El analisis de los datos cualitativos muestra una adecuada capacidad del recurso (cine/ literatura) para motivar la reflexion sobre la propia practica y el analisis y comprension de los contenidos propios de la Medicina Familiar. Conclusiones: Los medios literarios y cinematograficos constituyen un recurso docente con marcadas potencialidades para analizar criticamente la practica medica, identificar los supuestos teoricos y epistemicos que la sostienen, posibilitando el desarrollo equitativo tanto de los aspectos cientificos y tecnicos como humanos, vinculados a la formacion del medico de familia.
其他摘要:Objectives: Our aims were to facilitate critical reflection with respect to the foundations that sustain the practice of the Family Medicine, and to promote the use of cinematographic and literary resources as instruments of pedagogic mediation. Design: We carried out a descriptive, transversal, quail-quantitative study. Methods: The study universe was shaped by the total number of students (198) in two postgraduate courses developed by the Department of Family Medicine at Cordoba National University in Argentina. Surveys, focus groups, and participant observation were performed. Results: Global study results show that in 99% of cases, the resources employed facilitated reflection with regard to the characteristics of the practice. We observed a nearly complete association (90%) between the contents of the resources utilized and those of the seminar. Discrimination according to the utilized resource (cinema or literature) exhibited no significant differences. Qualitative information analysis demonstrated an adequate ability of the resource (cinema/literature) for motivating reflection on proper medical practice and analysis and comprehension of the proper contents of Family Medicine. Conclusions: Literary and cinematographic means constitute an educational resource with marked potential for critical analysis of medical practice, for identifying the theoretical suppositions that support this, and creating and recreating, all these making possible the balanced development of the scientific and technical as well as the human aspects that are linked with the formation of the Family Physician.
