摘要：La reflexion sobre la practica profesional y el trabajo habitual es de gran interes para mejorar la formacion de los residentes de medicina familiar. Es importante que el colectivo de medicos de familia asuma que una parte fundamental de nuestra practica diaria nos lleva a manejar unos recursos cualitativamente y cuantitativamente muy importantes, y que debemos aprender su uso racional, sobre todo de la prescripcion farmacologica. Ademas de ser especialistas en el enfoque integral de las personas a nuestro cuidado, somos los especialistas en el manejo correcto de los recursos del sistema de salud, ya que somos los agentes de la salud de nuestros pacientes. Es fundamental que en medicina familiar se debata y se reflexione sobre este problema, se establezcan criterios de buena practica para poder luego aplicarlos en la consulta, aprender lo maximo posible y ensenarlo a los nuevos medicos de familia.
其他摘要：The Family Physician should receive training in the technical aspects associated with pharmacologic treatment, prescriptions, and the management of same. In this regard, for example, it is necessary to receive training concerning the adequate indication of each prescription for a concrete health problem, adequate indication of the active substance, manner of administration, and duration of administration. It is important that the Family Physicians collective assumes that one fundamental part of our daily medical practice involves managing certain very important resources both qualitatively and quantitatively, and that we should learn about their rational use, above all with respect to pharmacologic prescription. In addition to being specialists in the integral focus of persons under our care, we are specialists in the correct management of the healthcare system¿s resources, because in being their most important internal clients we are also the healthcare agents of our patients. Therefore, it is fundamental that within the Family Medicine environment, there exists debate and reflection on this problem, establishing good medical practice criteria so as to later apply these in the consultory, learning the maximum possible, and teaching it all to new Family Physicians.
