摘要：La presente propuesta de un cluster en el sector manufacturas de cuero, en el marco de la zona de integración fronteriza (ZIF) en los municipios Ureña, Bolívar y Cúcuta, es el resultado final del diagnóstico sobre las posibilidades de consolidación del sector y su aporte al fortalecimiento de la ZIF Táchira ¿ Norte de Santander. El estudio y la propuesta indagaron y conocieron aspectos tales como: el grado de especialización geográfica, un análisis de inteligencia competitiva y se midió la eficiencia colectiva de las empresas del sector para detectar ventajas competitivas de la aglomeración de empresas. Se siguió un diseño cuantitativo. El análisis de los datos fue del tipo multivariado. La información obtenida fue cotejada entre sí y con la recolectada a través de los instrumentos; permitió confirmar la información obtenida para concluir el diagnóstico y presentar las conclusiones, recomendaciones y la propuesta.
其他摘要：This proposal for a cluster in the leather sector in The Border Integration Zone (BIZ) in the municipalities of Ureña, Bolívar and Cúcuta is the result of the diagnosis about the possibilities for consolidation of this sector and its contribution to strengthening the BIZ Táchira - Norte de Santander. The study and the proposal questioned and heard about: the degree of geographical specialization, an analysis about the competitive intelligence and measured the collective efficiency of businesses to identify competitive advantages resulting from the agglomeration of firms. The research was carried out using a quantitative design. Data analysis was of multivariate type. The information was collated with each other and with the collected through surveys. It confirmed the information obtained in the surveys for the diagnosis and allowed the completion and submission of the findings, produce recommendations and advance the proposal.
