摘要：Este artículo busca analizar el impacto de las visiones y las políticas que organismos multilaterales a nivel mundial, regional y subregional han tenido en nuestras políticas de seguridad. En este marco interesa destacar cómo los países de América Latina están, en muchas ocasiones, aceptando, sin problematizar, esos discursos y prácticas y sin prestarle la atención debida a su impacto en el proceso democrático del hemisferio. A partir de esa reflexión se propone iniciar una discusión a fondo sobre el impacto citado, a fin de promover un pensamiento estratégico propio que tome en cuenta la tradición pacifista latinoamericana.
其他摘要：This article proposes to analyze the impact of the outlooks and policies of some world, regional, and local multilateral organizations on our domestic security policies. It is worth high lighting how Latin American countries have been repeatedly accepting -without a word of complaint those discourses and practices, over looking their impact on the hemispheres democratic process. Given this reflection, it is proposed to start a deep discussion about the referred impact in order to promote the shaping of our own strategic thought that takes into account the Latin American pacifist tradition.
