摘要：El artículo aborda algunas consideraciones sobre las transformaciones del mundo a partir del llamado proceso globalizador. Se analizan los fundamentos teóricos o sustratum de este proceso, partiendo de sus definiciones y alcances, tratando de plasmar una aproximación filosófica del mismo, para luego tratar de aproximarse al análisis del papel del Estado bajo las circunstancias que plantean los retos del mundo actual y la posible gestación de un nuevo orden mundial. De esta manera, se abarca no sólo la fundamentación teórica de la globalización, sino los efectos de ésta para con el mantenimiento de la preponderancia del Estado como actor fundamental de la escena internacional.
其他摘要：The article undertakes some considerations about the transformations of the World, from the process called globalization. The theoretical bases or sustractum of the process are analyzed, based on its definitions and reaches, trying to express a philosophical approximation of it, to then, approach to analyze the role of the State under the circumstances involving the challenges of the present world and the possible gestation of a new world order. In this manner, it is covered not only the theoretical fundamentation of the globalization, but its effects on the maintenance of the State top presence as a fundamental actor of the international scene.
