摘要：La cita que da inicio a la «Introducción» («La educación mantiene un calendario agrícola, tiene una estructura y funcionamiento industrial, y está enmarcada en una sociedad cada vez más digitalizada») ilustra la necesidad de una comprensión profunda de la formación en entornos virtuales. Esta comprensión pasa por el conocimiento de su elemento central: el estudiante. Este artículo invita al lector a aproximarse a la figura y al desempeño del estudiante de entornos virtuales. Una de las características del siglo xxi es la de llevar cada vez más a una sociedad del aprendizaje, donde los ciudadanos aprenden, de manera formal o informal, a lo largo de la vida. La tecnología sustenta muchos de los rasgos de comportamiento y de actitud de estos ciudadanos, aunque la tecnología sólo es el primer paso; a partir de ahí son necesarias las actitudes, las destrezas y la motivación adecuadas para desempeñarse con éxito en un entorno virtual.
其他摘要：The quote at the start of the Introduction (Education follows an agricultural timetable, has an industrial structure and operation and is set in an increasingly digitalised society) illustrates the need for an in-depth understanding of training in virtual environments. This understanding rests on knowing its central element: the student. This article invites the reader to take a look at the figure and the work of the virtual environment student. One of the features of the twenty-first century is that of leading increasingly to a learning society, where citizens learn, formally or informally, throughout their lives. Technology sustains many of the behavioural and attitude traits of these citizens, although technology is only the first step; beyond this, the attitudes, skills and motivation required for successfully working in a virtual environment are necessary.
