摘要：En el presente artículo se pone en confrontación tres concepciones de ciudadanía vigentes en el contexto latinoamericano. La concepción comunitarista de ciudadanía que en América Latina se la reconoce como "ciudadanías indígenas", la concepción de ciudadanía del culturalismo liberal que reclama derechos especiales de corte proteccionista y que se halla incorporada en varias de nuestras legislaciones y la concepción intercultural de ciudadanía que aboga por la inclusión de la diversidad en la vida pública.
其他摘要：In the present article we confront three current conceptions of citizenship in the Latin American context. The comunitarist conception of citizenship that in Latin America is identified as "indigenous citizenships", the conception of citizenship of the liberal culturalism that demands special right of protectionist style and which is an integral part of our legislations and the intercultural conception of citizenship that pleads for the inclusion of the diversity in the public life.
