摘要：El reconocimiento de los grupos étnicos en Colombia ha significado un logro importante en materia de derechos para el país. Sin embargo en el plano de las políticas educativas, este mismo reconocimiento ha hecho más evidente los graves problemas de inequidad, exclusión y discriminación de nuestro sistema escolar. Nos interesa en este trabajo analizar algunos aspectos históricos, políticos e institucionales comprometidos en el fenómeno del ingreso de estudiantes indígenas y afrocolombianos a la educación superior, para poder problematizar la manera como la universidad colombiana ha enfrentado los retos de esta multiculturalidad.
其他摘要：The recognition of the ethnic groups in Colombia has meant a major achievement in the field of rights for the country. However at the level of educational policies, this same recognition has made the serious problems of inequality, exclusion and discrimination of our school system more evident. In this work we are interested in analyzing some historical, political and institutional aspects committed in the phenomenon of the entry of indigenous students and afrocolombians to superior education, to be able to analyze the way as the Colombian university has faced the challenges of this multiculturality.
