摘要：En este trabajo se realiza una aproximación teórico-conceptual a la sociedad civil en el marco del debate en Venezuela a partir de la promulgación de la Constitución de 1999 (CRBV, 1999). El término sociedad civil es polisémico, complejo y atiende a diferentes criterios, a diferentes concepciones y a diferentes enfoques, bien sean amplios o restrictivos, esto depende del autor y de la connotación propia que se le otorgue al término, así como al contexto en que se esté, pero como dice Soriano (1999), no por ello hay una mayor claridad conceptual. En atención a los objetivos propuestos en esta investigación, se delimita el concepto a partir de una breve reflexión sobre el contenido y el sentido de esta categoría en el debate contemporáneo. Inicialmente, se abordan las referencias teórico-conceptuales contemporáneas generales, y luego, se concreta dicha aproximación teórica a la discusión que se sostiene a lo interno en Venezuela por parte de estudiosos del tema y del tratamiento jurídico formal que se le da a la sociedad civil en la Constitución de 1999, en los documentos y las entrevistas que se interpretan a través de la hermenéutica.
其他摘要：In this paper, a theoretical-conceptual approach to civil society in the debate in Venezuela since the enactment of the Venezuelan Constitution of 1999 (CRBV, 1999). The term civil society is polysemic, complex and caters to different criteria, different ideas and different approaches, whether broad or restrictive, this depends on the author and the connotation of its own that is granted at the end, and the context in which is, but as the Soriano (1999), so there is no conceptual clarity. In response to the objectives proposed in this research, defines the concept from a brief reflection on the content and meaning of this category in the contemporary debate. Initially, it examines the theoretical and conceptual contemporary references general, then, is this particular theoretical approach to the discussion that is held to the inner in Venezuela by scholars of the subject and the formal legal treatment given to civil society in the 1999 Constitution, documents and interviews that are interpreted through hermeneutics.
