摘要：El presente documento pretende realizar un análisis del comportamiento electoral que han manifestado los habitantes del Municipio Libertador del Estado Mérida entre los años 2008 y 2010. Durante este lapso se realizaron tres (3) procesos comiciales dirigidos a escoger las distintas autoridades del Poder Ejecutivo y Legislativo en todos sus niveles, excluyendo Presidente de la República y concejales. De esta manera, con el apoyo de diversas teorías o enfoques científicos y la aplicación de una investigación de campo realizada a través de una encuesta, se procedió a dar respuesta a la interrogante que estimuló la presente investigación, a saber: ¿Cuáles son las motivaciones que determinaron el comportamiento electoral de los habitantes del Municipio Libertador del Estado Mérida en las elecciones de 2008 y 2010?
其他摘要：This document is intended to perform an analysis of voting behavior have shown that the inhabitants of the Libertador Municipality of Mérida State between 2008 and 2010. During this period there were three (3) electoral processes aimed at choosing the various authorities of executive and legislative branches at all levels, excluding President and councilors. Thus, with the support of various theories or scientific approaches and implementation of field research conducted through a survey, we proceeded to answer the question that stimulated this research, namely: What are the motivations that determined the voting behavior of the inhabitants of the Libertador Municipality of Mérida in the elections of 2008 and 2010?
